Cheezits and Mountain Dew

Ok I have got to loose weight. I feel so fat today that I think I could burst.
i just feel hungry for cheezits and Mt. Dew. Thats not good huh?

The picture is of me on Enchanted rock out west of here. Karina, Scott and Kelly all ran full speed ahead up the face of the rock. I started out running this race and I am gonna finish this race I have begun though rough the road though steep the curve still I’m… well I had to sit down so I would not have a heart attack. This free communist doctor down town at the clinic that I have high cholesterol told me. I also have some sort of weird seizures too. Don’t know what that was all about I was laying there while they were taking blood to do the blood test and I totally blacked out and apparently had some frightening episode. I came to and I was like where the hell am I at I feel like I have just been ran over. They made me go home. So since I did not want my work to run me over the next day I went to work once Katrina took me to the APT. I live real close, about a mile from work and I can walk if I want.

I know what you mean about wanting good things for your parents. My mom has so many expectations of us that we did not live up to (primarily in the HolinessUntoTheLord department), that I feel like she can’t see what a great job she did raising us as the most fundamental level. Like, because we don’t meet the standards she has in her own mind, she feels like a failure, when we are all happy, well-adjusted members of society. We’re not psycho, we’re not a burden on society, we’re not in jail, we still love Jesus…You know? She is not looking forward to all the kids being out of the house. I know that will be really hard for her. I don’t know what the alternative is, though. There really isn’t one. I’m so glad not to llive in Neosho, I don’t ever want to go back there. But I’m sad for her. *Almost* sad enough to have her come live with us, but not quite. haha. She wouldn’t like it anyway. But yah, I know what you mean.

ryc: You’re a funny guy! And did she happen to tell you what she was giving you? Hope the allergies settle down for ya! I know that can be miserable – my dad just recruited me to rake up grass shavings from the yard tomorrow, so I’ll probably be joining your happy allergy club pretty soon

We should both try and loose weight together…keep each other accountable of sorts.

Guys can get a way with gaining weight more than girls. If we gain 10 pounds the whole world says man, she let herself go! You are probably like Kyle. He runs one week and he loses weight. ugh.
