Sleep and OJ is my sick remedy.  Kyle brings vit C and mulit-vitatmins and then precedes to lecture me on how I need to be taking them everyday.   I know I say and never do!   Hope Karina feels better soon.  You should buy her some flowers and soup.  I love soup when I am sick. He drinks the generic brand of diet cola straight from the 2 liter bottle. I hope Karina starts feeling better for both of your sakes. My recovery plan is pretty much the same as yours.
