How much power does your average Des Moines house wife have? 
If you are feeling weak and you live in Iowa and you would like to feel powerful, may I suggest voting in the presidential primary? Less than 6% of registered Iowa voters bother to participate in the caucus, that’s less than 200,000 voters. And what they decide is usually the out come for party nominee. That is crazy.
So, if you are feeling weak? Vote in the primary and go have your self a latte and feel powerful. Listen to Alanis Morrisette or better yet Ani DiFranco.

I want to be an Iowan on Jan 3rd ; I can’t believe that only 200,000 are registered. Dara and Josh, hope you’re in on the action!

how come everyone thinks that Ohio is Iowa – totally different – it took josh’s dad a few years to get it right. –
yeah we got in on the action – it was fun and those statistics weren’t true this year – they had 10x as many as usual – cool stuff huh?
