Fat part 3 - doing it the hard way

So today is the first day of this cleansing colon blow deal that my friend Sandra has convinced me to go on. I am supposed to eat nothing and drink at least a gallon of this lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper drink. If I want more to drink I can drink only water.
I have drunk a half gallon of water and a half gallon of the special lemon drink. Let me tell you I could so go for a burger and fry’s right now. But that is exactly why I don’t need it.
I weighed in today and I am a whopping 219 that is without my huge boots. We’ll see what happens. Check it out i look like a chubby preacher.

I’d like to reiterate that this is not the best idea you’ve had. Sandra…if you are reading this, someone should smack you.*

This is so not healthy.

I’m not saying I couldn’t stand to lose more than a few pounds, but there is a reason Maslow put FOOD at the foundation of our needs. It’s because we need it…actually, physically N-E-E-D it to function.

I love you Daine, chubby preacher or no…us chubby kids need to stick together, and I’m going to waft tasty food your way to make you crack.

Justin just told me that Paul did that colon cleanse a few years ago. Good Luck. You should try weight watchers! You would LOVE it!!!

Cindy tells me you should take some psyllium hulls to help you with the problem you spoke with me about. It helped her when she was on the same cleanse. She also said that if you blood sugar should drop while on this cleanse, you can increase the maple syrup to give you more energy. This is a great cleanse, and Randy went on it for ten days about a year ago.
