Thanks to gmail chat i can keep in constant contact with my defector friends who have left the bowels of hell for more temperate or oceanic climate-ry. this morning with Phillip:

me: hey friend how are you this morning?

Phillip: I’m on hold for some online Navy classes I’m taking.

me: right on

three things i hate:

butch haircuts on girls (this line was modified ever so slightly)

white walls on pickups and being on hold.

i hang up generally when some one puts me on hold.

i get sick to my stomach at the sight of a pick up with white walls.

some idiot has a big dodge ram with 20 inch wheels and white walls i don’t even know where you get these things. they are ghastly.

Mexi Melt are generally open minded. we have had this discussion, what if our little girls is attracted to girls? the funniest things come out when you least expect it. after much thought and silence she suddenly says “if she is gay i hope she is the pretty one!, not the cargo shorts wearing one.” i laughed.

I also am not fond of Karl Rove but he is a person so i don’t hate him i just do not appreciate his views. My friend Chris’s little brother has a political blog that supposedly does not support one particular party then he called it the relevant Elephant and has Karl Rove signed on to write for them. Big news the blog has become a business. That is cool i guess but seriously Karl Rove, relevant Elephant, and does not support one particular party? Ok show me the white walls and cut Mexi Melts hair into a mullet, Feather the sides and spike the top! this is really nice hold music.

check this out. i woke up the other morning all stressed out. I dreamed my yard was not mowed and we had to go have the baby. then i got a letter from the HOA stating that they were going to come mow for me and every one knows they mow way too short and charge you out the butt for the services. i wanted to get home before they go to my yard but when i did get home all of my grass was gone they had completely mowed it away and all that was left in its place was dirt. the only grass left at all was poking up between the cracks in the side walk. I was heart broken that my baby girl had come home for the first time breathing air to no grass.

Oh and the song by the American idol winner whats her name, cant remember but it is called “no Air”. Yeah i always think of a baby’s lungs and it breathing amniotic fluid and i get a full body shiver. My luck when the waters do break i will slip, fall and crack my tail bone after unwittingly running through. i have this vision. everything is in the car we are making supper after a long day at the office, weird sensation slippery hair gel looking product now covering the floor, we run out to the car she says wait the stove i run back in to turn it off and slide and bam knock my self out cold on kitchen floor because it was so important that we get to the hospital that we just left it.

You know i consider my self a good friend o many but i would never in a million years ask any one o go to my house use the garage code and clean up the amniotic fluid off the kitchen floor for me so it is not there when we get home from the hospital? NEVER. Your safe friends.

not white pants - still loud

I really hate wearing pants. Seriously I would love to live in a place where I never had to wear pants at all. Maybe that is right where I am I just need to have a different job. I never wore pants at FedEx when I worked for them. Seriously if you find pair that are comfortable they are like my freaking white ones. You can’t wear white everyday thought can you ladies and besides I get “over complemented” when I do which means there has to be something wrong.
So these I am wearing to day are not white. They are almost. They fit great they fell wonderful and no they did not have a more sedate color. These are prison wall gray and I love them with Jack Purcell, just my style. BUT there is always a but.
These pants are the loudest pants I have ever worn I my life. Louder than nylon wind pants, they sound like you are wearing, I don’t even know wader pants or something seriously every step I take swoosh swoosh swoosh. It is so annoying. But they are comfortable, so get off me.
OK to day is busy and I want to go home to load stuff onto my new toy. YES I got it FINALY. And it only took 3 hours of standing in line and 2 more hours asking why I could not have my old phone number. The iPhone though is really a sweet device. Will I be ready to go back to the days of yore when the green button sent the call and the red button ended the call, yeah I will probably because I am not your gadget guy. But this is fun.
The gps knows what lane you are driving down on the interstate.

man ok today is a hard one. i wanna teleport myself to Singapore and slap the spit out of my counterparts mouth. Smiles

So how Ya’ll doing? things in Austin are great what it is like the 38th day in a row over 100 degrees and near 80% or better humidity wise. Translation; it is hot.

So i went to Lamaze class and i seriously think it is a complete waste of 80 bucks. i mean that is the difference between the Apple Airport express and the Airport extreme the two of witch i am debating on. So if you have an opinion of the two let me hear it at the sound of the chime. *Chime*

I mean i like the extreme. It has a security slot! but that is not why I swear that is not why.

wow all that apple white. i wish it were all a pleasing brown.

oh speaking of which. I had to erase my white board at work that had possible names to pair with Jade Barraza - Branham, and now it just has my business up there. name suggestions to proceed Jade Barraza -Branham after the chime. *chime*

Speaking of which i like calling my ‘you know,’ business my ‘business’ like i am going to go into this door with the outline of a man on it to take care of my or some business. It makes it funnier to say ‘yeah oh i had to put some business on the white board.’ no i did not apply it from across the room with a nice arch.

Ok moving on i know i am 13 and you are still reading my ‘business’ see isn’t that fun?

and in closing id like to point out that i could loose massive amounts of weight if i could top drinking coke.

Coke,the red can kind is addictive a the other and i am an addict. No but i have like a Month and a few days before the peanut pops out of the sundry places, and i need to drop like oh 50 pounds. shoot for the stars and land on the moon. such defeatist sloganology but it is what we are going to go with here anyway. Cause if you aint first yer last’.

wow what a waste of time your thinking and i am sorry but that is what the lord gave me. David Tucker once said eat the meat and spit out the bones.

I do pretty good most of the time. I live a bazillion miles away from blood family. But I have created around me a network of friends that do the trick. But some days I still miss individuals. One month away from living here 5 years and I am still getting home sick this does not seem right, but that is where I am at. I miss shucking corn and snapping purple hulls at Grandmother and Papa’s and I miss the first bearable temperature day and the cool evenings of early fall late summer. I miss putting up hay at night to keep the old truck from overheating. I miss mom’s nice mature green lawn to mow and not having to water it to keep it alive. I miss Pizza by Stout, Black and Tans and really I miss Jake. Come and see me Jake I’ll see if I can find a store with a forgotten case of Nitro!

why? I don’t know i have a friend in CA that i am always asking the most naive -est of American, republican, southern of questions of. “Hey Christine, don’t you just laugh when you hear the American dad theme song?” Jeez Louise, i mean think Daine, of course she doesn’t she is in Canada.

Josh and i left the country but not far enough. i mean the only way we knew we were really out of the US and into Canada on our trip is they have some different rules and let private land owners live in or on some of the small islands in the boundary waters, or they would call that Quetico Provincial Park. We were lost and had paddled too far and we could have been shot on site but ok whatever. the one island we saw had more “no trespassing” “doughnut-ent-ry” signs than it did anything else. my point is i feel the need to get out of the USA for a second. even if it is just to one of our un-taxed outlying islands that i don’t need a passport to go to but that are way too Caribbean and trade able for something we want in exchange for oil. I need to get out and see people driving crazy. and that might just be it. i need to see different ethnic groups driving like maniacs. Maybe i should just go to Houston or a quick hop down to the border. This might be all the perspective straitening i need.
I watched my show last night, Anthony Bourdain’s No reservations, and he went to Saudi Arabia. Ok i would so go there and get myself all suited up in the normal mens garb. I should; I should get one to wear around town with my Mexi-Melt in her strappy tank tops. ha Ham sandwich in a Synagogue. Ha ha and that is even funnier in light of the context. it left me wanting to eat lamb and rice and hummus!

Yesterday, new couple. He went to same seminary, thought the same course. I said I did not finish because I did not think I could get a good enough job until I was old and had gray hair. DUMB.
